ALEXANDER WEISS
Bio
Alex is a long time student of Martial Arts and particularly Body Conditioning as a result of 30 years training Aikido and concentrating on the internal body work behind the founder of Aikido.
Alex has also over 30 years experience in the Health & Fitness Industry. He worked for one of the largest companies in the UK back in the 90s. Fitness For Industry Ltd.
He had his own Health Club in London for 5 years before moving to Denmark.
Over the years Alex has had access to some of the best teachers in the world to do with the Ancient Internal Body knowledge that makes up the esoteric training behind the warriors of old such as Miyamoto Musashi.
This is the hidden ancient knowledge that focuses on:
1. Gaining Power in the Human Form
2. Attaining amazing unusual Stability in the body
( being able to deal with incoming forces)

In similar fashion to Ron White, Alex adopts an holistic approach to your overall Mind, Body and Spiritual level of balance.
The internal body knowledge adds another dimension to the usual external muscular, joint and ligament analysis. Taking into account the workings of the fascial pathways and ancient body exercises.
Aside from his martial arts training Alex has been a student on Spirituality for some years following one of the best teachers in this field:
His specialty is helping people hone their intuition, their connection to their Higher Self and safely navigate the Spiritual Realms teaching the correct powerful Connection, Clearing and Protection Protocols necessary to skip the 4 D Astral mess and go direct
to the 5 D realms.
Due to recent personal transformative Spiritual experiences, Alex has further insights into incorporating your higher self into all your bodies: in all aspects of your being: In essence allowing your Highest Best Christed version of yourself to come not only into your Spirit but be part of your whole Avatar: Mind and Body too. This has led to major advances in his martial arts for example as when you allow your intuitive self to take over in the heat of the moment, you can do amazing things that you normally would not do or even know how to do at times!
The real advances have come in putting it all together: The body work, the mind work, the spiritual work.

Bio
On a spiritual level, my path took a turn after I suffered a rugby injury. Through the power of meditation, relaxation, and a combination of stretching techniques, I managed to heal a torn muscle without undergoing surgery. Ever since that transformative experience, I have embraced injury prevention methods rooted in Vedic meditation philosophies. Consistently meditating twice a day for the past three years, I have also introduced my Muslim staff to these practices, which they now incorporate into their group classes. Witnessing their growth and seeing the positive impact it has on their lives brings me immense joy and gratitude.
