The Mens HC is a weekly meeting where you have the opportunity to learn more about the 4 Bodies. The aim is to help empower you becoming stronger Mentally, Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually. You get to sample a number of Spiritual practices aswell as take part in releasing Emotional traumas that may be holding you back in life.

We probably will open up the Healing Circle to everybody but the initial idea was to focus on men who quite honestly are way behind the women in connecting to their divine feminine side and focusing on their para-sympathetic nervous system.
